If the redos don’t get it right before you download, we’ll refund your original payment method within 7 days of purchase. Most banks show it in 5 to 10 business days. A refunded song is turned off and the gift page stops working.
The details
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.
- Refunds are available only before the MP3 has been downloaded. Downloading the song (by you or the person you sent it to) makes it final. No refunds or redos after a download.
- Try a free redo first so we can get it right. Redos are unlimited until you download.
- Refunds go back to the original payment method and typically appear in 5 to 10 business days.
- Because songs are digital, a refunded song is turned off: the download link and the gift page stop working.
- Before you buy, everyone also gets one free fix on the preview if a name or word sounds off.
