Delivery Policy

Everything is delivered digitally

Your song is a digital gift. Nothing is shipped, and there are no shipping fees. Prices are in US dollars, and you can order from anywhere with an email address.

When your song arrives

• Free preview: ready in a few minutes, right on the site.
• Standard delivery: your full song is ready within 24 hours of your order.
• 1-hour delivery (+$10): your full song is ready within 1 hour. You can choose it at checkout, or upgrade later from your order page.

When your song is ready, we email you a private link to your gift page. The gift page has the full song, the lyric video, and the MP3 download. Share the link with the person you made it for by text, email, or in a card.

Video letters

A video letter ($29) appears on your gift page as soon as it is paid for. You can preview the whole thing before you buy.

If your song hasn't arrived
